This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (“All-Inkl”). Processing takes place on servers located in Germany.
When the website is accessed, technical access data is automatically processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, and the browser type and operating system. This data is not combined with any other data source and serves solely to operate the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Log files are deleted automatically after seven days at the latest, unless they are exceptionally needed for longer in order to investigate a specific case of misuse.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with All-Inkl. Further information is available in All-Inkl’s privacy information (German).
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, so your input is transmitted to us in encrypted form. You can tell by the https:// in your browser’s address bar.
All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or to any other external font service.
If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, organisation, email address, occasion and message) solely in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The enquiry is forwarded by email to Michael Gruninger and sent via the mail server of our host, All-Inkl. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to deal with the enquiry, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect the contact form against automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile checks whether an entry comes from a human being and, to do so, evaluates technical characteristics of your browser and your connection, including your IP address.
The check element is only loaded once you click into the form or start typing in it. If you do not use the form, no connection to Cloudflare is established when you visit this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protection against misuse and spam. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses are additionally in place. Unlike conventional captcha services, Turnstile does not, according to the provider, use the data collected for advertising purposes. Further details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
On the home page you can play episodes of the “Ausgezockt” podcast directly. The audio file is delivered by Podigee GmbH, Schlesische Straße 20, 10997 Berlin, Germany. The connection to Podigee is only established once you press play – simply opening the page transfers no data to Podigee. When playback starts, your IP address is transmitted to Podigee, which is technically necessary in order to deliver the file. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or, where consent is required, the consent you give by starting playback under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Further details at podigee.com/en/about/privacy.
This website links to external services (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, online bookshops and press articles). These are plain links, not embedded content: opening this page transfers no data whatsoever to the linked providers. The privacy terms of the respective provider only apply once you click a link.
In order to understand which content is being read, we count page views and clicks on links using a solution we operate ourselves on our own server. No external analytics service is used.
The only things stored are: the time of access, the page accessed, a rough device class (mobile, tablet, desktop), the referring site in the form of a name (for example “instagram”), and, for clicks, the click target.
Your IP address, your browser identifier, cookies and any other identifiers are not stored. Recognising individual people is therefore neither intended nor technically possible; the data is not personal data. We count views, not visitors — someone who looks at three pages appears three times. Since nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required for this (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). The counts are deleted automatically after 400 days.
This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics or tracking services. The only exception is a technical value placed in your browser’s sessionStorage for the opening animation, so that the animation does not run again on every page you visit. That value contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
The warning-sign checklist can be downloaded without providing any personal data.
You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), and the rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise them, simply contact us using the details given above — no particular form is required.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority here is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany, baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de. You may equally contact the supervisory authority for your place of habitual residence.
